Karachi-based B2B e-commerce startup Bazaar has raised $25 million in Series B funding led by Tiger Global with participation from Indus Valley Capital and A91 Partners. The round values the company at $150 million post-money.

Bazaar operates a wholesale marketplace connecting manufacturers directly with small retailers across Pakistan. The platform currently serves over 50,000 retailers in 150 cities, processing $300 million in annual GMV.

The fresh capital will be used to expand into new categories including pharmaceuticals and agricultural inputs, launch a fintech offering for retailer working capital, and build fulfillment centers in Peshawar and Quetta.

CEO Saad Jangda stated that Pakistan $50 billion wholesale market is still largely offline. “We are digitizing the unorganized retail sector, helping kirana stores access better prices, wider selection, and credit through our platform.”

The company has grown 3x year-over-year and plans to reach 200,000 retailers by 2027. Bazaar has also partnered with HBL and JazzCash to offer digital payment solutions to its merchant network.
